The impact of a company's CSR policy on its operations - Van Cleef & Arpels and the RJC-CoC certification.

This thesis aims to illustrate the impact that a CSR policy and engagement of a company can have on its operations. More precisely the challenges emerging from these initiatives and the work to be done to adapt the activities. Here the journey of Van Cleef & Arpels, luxury brand of the Richemont group, towards the RJC Chain of Custody certification is used as example to understand how a multinational company adjust to these new challenges that are crucial in today's world.
