Analytics techniques for monitoring the production quality of a tire extrusion machine

This project studies the connections between the product of an extrusion machine and its manufacturing process. The product concerned is a tire tread with complex behaviours and characteristics. It presents the construction of a routine check to facilitate the daily analysis of the prototype in the context of mixed industrial production and study period. This construction takes into account multiple analyses of special events and the results of different kind of monitoring. Finally, as some product characteristics are not completely understood, specific studies are carried out and presented. In the specific case of the tread contraction ability, a whole measurement system is put in function and exploited during this work.
