Abstract:

The central objective of this practical thesis is to achieve continuous improvement through ongoing enhancement initiatives and refinement of processes, products, and services through the application of data-driven methodologies and best practices, with the ultimate goal of maximizing efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Also automate the factory acceptance testing including motor tuning based on sensor feedback. A growing company always search for new method and talents to implement and improve advanced procedure to improve quality of products and services my role as a mechatronics engineer was to learn the various implemented manufacturing procedures and quality control. Then improve, modify, and generate new products and procedures. The thesis begins with a theoretical review of 3D printing and its many methodologies. Specifically targeting the presently utilized in most printers and 3D concrete printers. Going into further detail about this technology, its benefits, and application. then talking about how COBOD 's innovative technology and material make it a global leader in 3DCP. Description of my timetable and why it was important to create multiple projects in an efficient way. Then case studies, data analysis, and the development of a new test bench to automate an element of the factory acceptance test. Design, computations, analysis, and coding are all described in detail. Each project, product or case study is structured in terms of reason it was required, problem solution/s, design process, implementation, and final result.
