Abstract:

The thesis performed at Coolshop S.r.l aimed at analyzing and implementing a web application for the management of company projects and automation of budgeting and staffing. The objective was to provide all stakeholders with a comprehensive view of the projects they are following. The use of this new application is expected to reduce the workload required for budget management, and to help team leaders keep track of project deadlines and development costs compared to initial estimates. The result of this thesis will be the creation of a user-friendly and efficient application that will allow Coolshop S.r.l to streamline their project management processes, and provide accurate and up-to-date information to their stakeholders
