Development of a business model proposal and product development, with the aim to strengthen the surface plasma treatments technologies and the "GreenPlasma" waste-to-energy machinery developed by the company in order to make them stable Business Units. The purpose is achieved through the use of concepts at the base of Project Management which in this study helps for the correct development of business and innovation. A database is created for monitoring and controlling, and subsequently used as a market analysis tool. After the correctly analysis of market demand, it is proposed the most suitable business and product development model fot the company.
