Analysis and implementation of Industry 4.0 methodologies for managing tachograph data in Sirti Telco Infrastructures S.p.A

The following case study was held at the Sirti Spa experience. The team from the division Telco operations concentrated on the management and administration of two IT portals dubbed Tis-Web and Cezanne throughout the internship. The Tis-Web portal provides users with information on the drivers who run Sirti's modes of transportation, as well as information about the latter. This is especially useful since it allows the corporation to synchronize data from many platforms, identifying each driver's driving style (infringements, driving duration, etc.) and who has driven a certain car at any given time and location. Cezanne, on the other hand, is focused on data pertaining to resources and hence on Sirti's people, allowing for the tracking of prior and new recruitment and so offering a guide to lay the groundwork for a potential corporate hiring plan.
