The goal of this thesis is to analyse the development of the TPM in Caffarel, the company where I did my internship as TPM specialist. To better show the initiatives done by the four pillars in the thesis I will introduce some of the projects on in the last years by PM, FI, AM and T&E. As a conclusions there will be a final chapter where will be shown the benefits in all the areas of the Operations that the TPM program brought to the company
