Abstract:

Wang jiao Restaurant in Turin - Integrating Chinese Food Culture into the Restaurant System. The theme of the graduation project is based on the Chinese restaurant in Turin. Through research, interview and systematic analysis, we study the Chinese food culture in the local environment, that is, different ingredients, different environments, different eating habits and methods, how to Adapt to coordination and integration and development, and try to use open-system thinking to find breakthroughs, help restaurants to better adapt to the market and attract more consumers, and let consumers understand the connotation of Chinese food culture while dining. It is also hoped that the improved system will help not only Chinese restaurants, but also other foreign restaurants, allowing different cultures to communicate and communicate through diet.
